Do you have stress in
your life? We all need a certain amount of stress to keep us
alert. When stress gets too much and becomes overwhelming it

(International Stress Management Assoc.) trainer. She has
broad experience of working therapeutically both privately
and in the Health Service. After graduating in 1990 with an
Honours Degree in Psychology she spent 10 years working in
the hospitals in Macclesfield, Cheshire. As part of the
Adult Mental Health Team based in Clinical Psychology, she
successfully treated a wide range of people also providing
