This commemorative A4 paperback book is being sold as part of the remembrance of World War 1 consisting of 156 pages of information about The Old Leek Battery
and includes a preface by Charlie Chester.

The book is a fascinating read for anyone with an interest in World War 1 and especially ‘The Old Leek Battery' there are many photographs of our local World War 1 heroes, including Lieut. Basil Lee Nicholson, Jack Blore (father of the author), Harold Marren, Jim Swarbrook and many more. With maps and photographs included within.
